This video is one that I did because I felt that I was always running after the next crisis and incident. I was burning out, I was tired and knew I needed to take five minutes. I did not want anyone else to feel the way I did at that point. I took the plunge and did a raw and truthful video. It is important that we take just five minutes to self-care. As a Forensicator we want to save the world but sometimes we need to save ourselves.

Just take five minutes for yourself to breathe.
